Morning Visitors

Our morning view. God is so amazing!

This morning we awoke to saw wonderful coastal fog over the mountains—a welcome coolness after the heat of last week. As Mary Ann and I shared a quick cup of coffee with my mom in our garden we heard the screech that told us we had visitors. For the second time in a week a pair of Bald Eagles came to rest in the oak trees on the small knoll near our home. It was amazing! We got the girls and binoculars and went out to watch until they flew away, back in the direction of Lake San Antonio. I wanted to share the morning with you, my friends. Enjoy the photos and, if you imagine real hard, you might even smell the fresh ground coffee with the added chicory wafting out of your computer . . . wish you were here.
The tree behind our girl's
playhouse where the two birds
sat for about 20 minutes.

One of the two.

Goodbye. Come back soon!
